1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (marked “non-refundable”)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Underwear, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons
3. Return Process
- Request a Return via Gabilabel.com/returns
- Pack securely in original packaging
- Ship back using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
4. Refund Timeline
- Processing begins once we receive and inspect the item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges
- To swap an item, return the original and place a new order
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We’ll provide a free return label and process a replacement or refund
7. International Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and customs fees
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs and import duties
